The Stilwater Triads are a Chinese gang operating in the city of Stilwater.
Description[]
They operate various crime rings such as a fence for stolen vehicles. The gang is led by Mr. Wong, an old man who can't speak English too well and relies on his assistant to talk for him to his contacts. The gang has ties to the 3rd Street Saints, but is a huge rival to the Ronin, who even interrupted the Triads' heritage festival.
