The Jin Gang is a gang run by Jimmy Torbitson as part of a war against the 3rd Street Saints. The name comes from Jimmy's name, crossed with the Zin.
Once Jimmy escaped his simulation, he learned Zinyak - his new hero, was murdered by the Protagonist. Gathering rogue Zin prisoners, Jimmy formed the 'Jin' plotting a revolution against the Saints.
