The Joker is the arch nemesis of Bat-Man who attempt to cause chaos in Stilwater only to be stopped by the Saints.
History
Under the original alias of Jack Napier Joker worked in Stilwater as a mobster and contact killer. During a raid of the Stilwater Chemical Plant he fell into a vat of toxic waste, and became the insane clown prince of crime known as 'The Joker'. With this new identity, he planned the ultimate destruction and chaos.
