Kabal Pollock

Kabal Pollock is a member of the syndicate in steelport. He is a white man who was abused by his mom and dad at the age of 7 in 1990. This transformed him into a sexual sadist who sexually tortured women by raping them. This provided to be a useful asset for Phillipe Loren who managed to survive by having his clone being crushed instead. He kidnaps Viola and ties her to his bed in his home attemtping to rape her but she flees. The Boss Cheapy D and Shaundi and Viola go to Phillipe's lair where he is seen raping a woman named Valencia O'Reilly however he is pushed down a flight of stairs breaking his arm. He is then later seen attempting to rape Kinzie but was stopped by the Boss who pinned his body to a metal dock with his car bisecting him.
