Maspeth is a neighborhood in Apple Heights the rich section of Oceanview. Maspeth makes up the western area of Apple Heights. In the PS Vita version of Saints Row 4ever It makes up the southern part of Apple Heights. This area is patrolled by the Red Dragon. Also Kinzie has an apartment across from the Golden Dragon restaurant. In Saints Row 4ever the 9th mission takes place here.
